125mm Armour Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot cartridge with Tracer, M88, is kinetic energy round with a hard metal core penetrator and three segment sabot, intended for use against the tanks and other armoured vehicles and targets, in a long range direct fire, with a smooth bore tank guns D-81, TM (2A46) and variants.
